Assignment of User License. If You are an Owner who has purchased multiple User licenses for use by your Users, You may reassign a User license from one User to another User, only if: (i) the original User’s relationship with You has been terminated; (ii) the original User relationship with You has been transferred to a non-licensed department within your legal entity; (iii) once every one hundred eighty (180) calendar days; or (iv) upon Mindjet’s prior written approval or as set forth in the Ordering Document for the licensed Software.
