Single User License. A Single-User license is for a named individual who is identified as the only Authorized User. This user is not permitted to re-assign, transfer, or sublicense the software, except as described in Section 5, Transfer. This user may install and use the software on up to three computers, as long as the single-user Customer is the sole user of the software. If the computer on which this Software is loaded is attached to a network, this Software must not be accessible by any other user on such network. Single-user licenses may not be installed or used in a virtualized environment in order to or in a manner that circumvents the single user license type.

Single User License. This license allows for use of this report by one individual person. This person may use the report on any computer, and may print out the report, but may not share the report with any other person or persons. Unless a Department/Team or Corporate License is purchased, a Single User License must be purchased for every person who wishes to use the report within the same organization or enterprise. Buyers who infringe upon these license terms are liable for a Department/Team or Corporate License fee.
Single User License. You may: (a) install the Software on one computer for access and use by only one specific person; and (b) install the Software on one additional computer (e.g., a laptop that you own and use in your business or a home computer that you own and use in your business), so long as only the same specific person accesses and uses the Software. If you purchased a valid license for the Software and received an Authentic Intuit DVD, such DVD is your backup copy of the Software. If you purchased a valid license and received the Software pre-installed on a new computer or through an electronic download, you may make one backup copy of the Software, but only for the purpose of reinstalling the Software, if needed, on the single computer or additional computer referenced in (a) and (b) above. You are not allowed to make copies of the printed materials accompanying the Software, if any, or print multiple copies of any user documentation.

A separate license is required for each additional use and/or individual user in all other cases. Intel will provide you with a license code key that enables the Materials for a Single-User license. If you obtained a time-limited Single-User license, the duration (time period) of your license and your ability to use the Materials is limited to the time period of the obtained license, which is controlled by the license key code for the Materials. If you are an entity, Intel grants you the right to designate one individual within your organization to have the sole right to use the Materials in the manner provided above.
