ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER OF MORTGAGE. The Mortgagee agrees that in the event of the Mortgagee assigning or transferring the mortgage on the lands under the mortgage, the assignment or transfer shall be subject to the terms hereof in the same manner as if the assignee or transferee had executed this Agreement.
