Common use of ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER OF MORTGAGE Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER OF MORTGAGE. The Mortgagee agrees that, in the event of the Mortgagee assigning or transferring the mortgage on the Lands, the assignment or transfer shall be subject to the terms hereof in the same manner as if the assignee or transferee had executed this Agreement.

ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER OF MORTGAGE. The Mortgagee agrees that, in the event of the Mortgagee him assigning or transferring the mortgage on the Landslands under his Mortgage, the assignment or transfer shall be subject to the terms hereof in the same manner as if the assignee or transferee had executed this Agreement.
