Common use of ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER, AND SUBCONTRACTING Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER, AND SUBCONTRACTING. County may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any portion of this Agreement without State Arresting Agency’s prior written consent (18-4-141, MCA). County is responsible to State Arresting Agency for the acts and omissions of all subcontractors or agents and of persons directly or indirectly employed by such subcontractors, and for the acts and omissions of persons employed directly by County. No contractual relationships exist between any subcontractor and State Arresting Agency under this Agreement.
