ASSIGNMENTS/TRANSFERS. In the event that an employee is temporarily transferred to a higher rated classification for a period of three (3) hours or more per shift, the employee shall receive the rate of pay for the classification to which he or she has been temporarily assigned, for the time worked in the higher rated classification.
