Common use of Assignor Information Clause in Contracts

Assignor Information. All information which Assignor has heretofore furnished or furnishes herewith to the Company in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby is correct and complete in all respects as of the date of this Agreement, and if there should be any change in such information prior to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, Assignor will immediately furnish such revised or corrected information to the Company.
