Assistance and Cooperation of Scheduling Coordinator. The Scheduling Coordinator shall ensure that the CAISO shall, upon reasonable notice, have access to the entire Metering Facilities of the Scheduling Coordinator Metered Entities that it represents from the meter data server to the Metering Facilities in order to inspect, test or otherwise audit those Metering Facilities.
