Assistance and Interchange. Nothing in this Agreement precludes a Technician who is hired to work in one (1) department from assisting other Technicians in the performance of their duties or working on a temporary basis in another craft. For clarity, this is not meant to require a Technician to fill positions in two or more departments at the same time.
