Common use of Assistance by Supplier Clause in Contracts

Assistance by Supplier. Without derogating from the above, Supplier shall supply any assistance and access reasonably requested by ISR’s inspectors and duly authorized representatives (including all equipment necessary) in order to enable them to carry out inspection, checking, test and measurements in connection with this Agreement and provide them with any information requested. The costs of inspection by ISR in Israel and abroad will be borne by ISR.
