Assistance expenses. 1. Subject to paragraphs 2 and 3, the Associated Parties shall waive any claims on each other for reimbursements of expenses incurred in the application of this Appendix. 2. Expenses and allowances paid to experts, witnesses, interpreters and translators, other than public service employees, shall be borne as appropriate by the applicant Associated Party. 3.
