Assistance in clearances etc. Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, the Authority shall make best efforts to ensure that the authority shall: a) provide the Consultant, its Sub-Consultants and Personnel with work permits and such other documents as may be necessary to enable the consultant, its Sub-Consultants or Personnel to perform the Services; b) Issue, on best effort basis and to the extent reasonably feasible to officials, agents and representatives of the Government all such instructions as may be necessary or appropriate for the prompt and effective implementation of the Services.

Assistance in clearances etc. Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, the Authority shall make best efforts to ensure that the authority Government shall: (a) provide the Consultant, its Sub-Consultants and Personnel with work permits and such other documents as may be necessary to enable the consultantConsultant, its Sub-Consultants or Personnel to perform the Services; (b) Issue, on best effort basis and to facilitate prompt clearance through customs of any property required for the extent reasonably feasible Services; and (c) issue to officials, agents and representatives of the Government all such instructions as may be necessary or appropriate for the prompt and effective implementation of the Services.
