The Requested Party shall, subject to its domestic laws, endeavour to locate, trace, restrain, freeze, seize, forfeit or confiscate property derived from the commission of an offence and instrumentalities of crime for which such assistance can be given provided that the Requesting Party provides all information which the Requested Party considers necessary.

If the Central Authority of one Contracting Party becomes aware of proceeds or instrumentalities of offences which are located in the territory of the other Party and may be restrainable, forfeitable, or otherwise subject to seizure under the laws of that Party, it may so inform the Central Authority of the other Party. If that other Party has jurisdiction in this regard, it may present this information to its authorities for a determination whether any action is appropriate. These authorities shall issue their decision in accordance with the laws of their country, and shall, through their Central Authority, report to the other Party on the action taken.

These authorities shall issue their decision in accordance with the laws of their territory, and shall, through their Designated Representative, report to the Designated Representative for the other Party on the action taken.

  • Administrative Proceedings With a view to administering in a consistent, impartial, and reasonable manner all measures of general application affecting matters covered by this Agreement, each Party shall ensure that in its administrative proceedings applying measures referred to in Article 73 to particular persons or goods of the other Party in specific cases that:

  • Assistance in Litigation or Administrative Proceedings Covered Entity shall provide written notice to Business Associate if litigation or administrative proceeding is commenced against Covered Entity, its directors, officers, or employees, based on a claimed violation by Business Associate of HIPAA, the HIPAA Rules or other laws relating to security and privacy or PHI. Upon receipt of such notice and to the extent requested by Covered Entity, Business Associate shall, and shall cause its employees, Subcontractors, or agents assisting Business Associate in the performance of its obligations under the Contract to, assist Covered Entity in the defense of such litigation or proceedings.   • ASSISTANCE IN RELATED PROCUREMENTS 5.1 Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Goods and/or Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliate of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide) Legacy Goods and/or Services to a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to:

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE (Continued STEP No.2 If the grievance is not settled up to this point, the grievance committee shall, within ten (10) working days after the decision of the Regional Supervisor Plant Operations under Step No.1, refer the written grievance to the Executive Officer of Human Resources or designate. The Director of Education shall render a decision in writing to the Secretary of the Union and Chief Xxxxxxx within ten (10) working days of the holding of the meeting. STEP No.4 If the grievance is not settled at STEP No.3, and if mutually agreed by the Board and the Union, the grievance can proceed to a mediation process. The costs of the process will be shared equally by the parties. STEP No.5 If final settlement of the grievance is not completed at Step No.3 above, it may be referred by either party to Arbitration as hereinafter provided in Article 10 within thirty (30) days from the Director of Education's or designate's decision at Step No.3 above. The party referring the grievance to arbitration shall be restricted to the issue contained in the written grievance.

  • LITIGATION OR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS BA shall notify CE within forty-eight (48) hours of any litigation or administrative proceedings commenced against BA or its agents or subcontractors.   • Legal Action; Utilization of Special Receivership Powers The Assuming Institution shall notify the Receiver in writing (such notice to be given in accordance with Article V below and to include all relevant details) prior to utilizing in any legal action any special legal power or right which the Assuming Institution derives as a result of having acquired an asset from the Receiver, and the Assuming Institution shall not utilize any such power unless the Receiver shall have consented in writing to the proposed usage. The Receiver shall have the right to direct such proposed usage by the Assuming Institution and the Assuming Institution shall comply in all respects with such direction. Upon request of the Receiver, the Assuming Institution will advise the Receiver as to the status of any such legal action. The Assuming Institution shall immediately notify the Receiver of any judgment in litigation involving any of the aforesaid special powers or rights.
