ASSISTANCE IN RELATED PROCUREMENTS. 5.1. Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliated Company of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide Legacy Services to a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to: 5.1.1. carry out appropriate due diligence with respect to the provision of the New Services; 5.1.2. effect a smooth transfer and/or inter-operation (as the case may be) between the Legacy Services and the New Services; 5.1.3. carry out a fair Further Competition Procedure for the New Services; and 5.1.4. make a proper assessment as to the risk related to the New Services. 5.2. When performing its obligations in Clause 5.1 the Supplier shall act consistently, applying principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination, with regard to requests for assistance from and dealings with each Relevant Supplier.

Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliated Company of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide Legacy Services Services) to a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to: 5.1.1. carry out appropriate due diligence with respect to the provision of the New Services; 5.1.2. effect a smooth transfer and/or inter-operation (as the case may be) between the Legacy Services and the New Services; 5.1.3. carry out a fair Further Competition Procedure competition for the New Services; and 5.1.4. make a proper assessment as to the risk related to the New Services. 5.2. When performing its obligations in Clause 5.1 the Supplier shall act consistently, applying principles of equal treatment and non-non- discrimination, with regard to requests for assistance from and dealings with each Relevant Supplier.

ASSISTANCE IN RELATED PROCUREMENTS. 5.1. 6.1 Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Panel Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliated Company Affiliates of the Supplier is are already providing (or due to provide provide) Legacy Panel Services to a Contracting BodyPanel Customers, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body Panel Customers and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body Panel Customers and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to: 5.1.1. 6.1.1 carry out appropriate due diligence with respect to the provision of the New Panel Services; 5.1.2. 6.1.2 effect a smooth transfer and/or inter-operation (as the case may be) between the Legacy Panel Services and the New Panel Services; 5.1.3. 6.1.3 carry out a fair Further Competition Procedure for the New Panel Services; and 5.1.4. 6.1.4 make a proper assessment as to the risk related to the New Panel Services. 5.2. 6.2 When performing its obligations in Clause 5.1 6.1 the Supplier shall act consistently, applying principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination, with regard to requests for assistance from and dealings with each Relevant Supplier.

Where Sharing of information 7.1 In any case where a Relevant Supplier is bidding Contracting Body wishes to provide procure services ("New Services Services") in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliated Company of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide provide) Available Services ("Legacy Services Services") to a that Contracting BodyBody which is related to or which interfaces with or is intended to interface with or be replaced by the New Services, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the and any supplier bidding for those New Services ("Relevant Supplier Supplier") with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to: 5.1.1. 7.1.1 carry out appropriate due diligence with respect to the provision of the New Services; 5.1.2. 7.1.2 effect a smooth transfer and/or inter-operation (as the case may be) between the Legacy Services and the New Services; 5.1.3. carry out a fair Further Competition Procedure for the New Services; and 5.1.4. 7.1.3 enable the Contracting Body and Relevant Supplier to make a proper assessment as to the risk related to the New Services. 5.2. 7.2 When performing its obligations in Clause 5.1 7.1 the Supplier shall act consistently, applying principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination, with regard to requests for assistance from and dealings with each Relevant Supplier.

Where a Relevant Supplier Provider is bidding to provide New Services in circumstances where the Supplier Provider or an Affiliated Company Affiliate of the Supplier Provider is already providing (or due to provide provide) Legacy Services to a Contracting BodyAuthority, the Supplier Provider shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body Authority and/or the Relevant Supplier Provider with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body Authority and/or the Relevant SupplierProvider, as appropriate, to: 5.1.16.1.1. carry out appropriate due diligence with respect to the provision of the New Services; 5.1.26.1.2. effect a smooth transfer and/or inter-operation (as the case may be) between the Legacy Services and the New Services; 5.1.36.1.3. carry out a fair Further Competition Procedure for the New Services; and 5.1.46.1.4. make a proper assessment as to the risk related to the New Services. 5.26.2. When performing its obligations in Clause 5.1 6.1 the Supplier Provider shall act consistently, applying principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination, with regard to requests for assistance from and dealings with each Relevant SupplierProvider.
