Common use of ASSISTANCE OF THE UNION Clause in Contracts

ASSISTANCE OF THE UNION. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, who shall have access to the Health Centre premises by prior advice and approval of the Executive Director or his designee, in order to investigate or assist in the settlement of grievances.
