New Employee Information. Management will provide each new employee covered by this MOU a printed notice containing the following information only:
New Employee Information. Company's local Human Resources Representatives shall, notify the designated local Shop Xxxxxxx or Representative of Union, in writing, of the reporting for duty of new bargaining unit employees within thirty days. Upon said notification, the parties may schedule necessary paid time (not to exceed one-half hour) and facilities for Union to provide orientation information regarding the obligations and benefits of Union membership. In addition, Company will include a one-page document, as submitted by Union, in the customary new employee orientation information package. Such document or discussion shall not include any matters derogatory to the Company and its customers. (Amended 1-1-91)
New Employee Information. Name, address, building assignment, teaching assignment and salary placement of all newly employed bargaining unit members shall be supplied to the President of the Association as this information becomes available.
New Employee Information. New employees shall be provided with a District information packet at the time of hire. Such packet shall include a web-link to the electronic copy of the negotiated Agreement, insurance documents, school calendar, hourly rate or salary information and other pertinent items as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent.
New Employee Information. On commencing employment, a new employee shall be given a copy of the Collective Agreement by the Hospital. A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to 15 minutes during the employee’s orientation period without loss of regular earnings. The purpose of the meeting will be to acquaint the employee with such representation of the Union and the Collective Agreement. Such meetings may be arranged collectively or individually for employees by the Hospital as part of the orientation program.
New Employee Information. The Employer shall provide the Association with the names and addresses of all new employees within one (1) week of hire.

The Employer shall provide to the Exclusive Representative the following information on each new employee within thirty (30) calendar days of the employee’s first date of work: name; home address; work email address; work phone number; job classification; shift; wage, number of hours normally scheduled in a work week; whether the position is a nine (9) month or twelve (12) month assignment; and building assignment.

The Union shall be granted twenty (20) minutes at the end of the morning session at the Department of University Human Resources (UHR) new employee orientation, or new employee orientation conducted by a specific department in lieu of the UHR orientation, to make a presentation to all newly-hired employees represented by the Union regarding the MOU, employee rights, benefits, and obligations for employees. However, it is understood that there shall only be one twenty- (20-) minute AFSCME presentation at any orientation session. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the report of new hires to the bargaining unit by the Union, new employees who do not attend the UHR New Employee Orientation shall at their sole option, subject to the approval of supervisor(s) of both the new employee and the Union officer or Job Xxxxxxx, be allowed twenty (20) minutes without loss of compensation to meet with a Union officer or Job Xxxxxxx to obtain the information provided during the new employee orientation by the Union. The Union shall designate a representative for this purpose and notify the UHR. So long as the Union qualifies for payroll deduction, the Union will be permitted to have an informational table at all employee benefit fairs conducted by the University for the purpose of disseminating information regarding insurance coverage offerings.
