New Employee Information. Management will provide each new employee covered by this MOU a printed notice containing the following information only:
1. Your classification is included in one of the following units represented by the Engineers and Architects Association (EAA).
a. Administrative Unit – MOU 1
b. Supervisory Technical Unit – MOU 19
c. Supervisory Administrative Unit – MOU 20
d. Technical Unit – MOU 21
2. EAA has been certified to meet and confer with Management on matters pertaining to your wages, hours of work, employee benefits and other terms and conditions of employment, and is the exclusive recognized employee organization for all employees in the units listed above.

New Employee Information. Company's local Human Resources Representatives shall, notify the designated local Shop Xxxxxxx or Representative of Union, in writing, of the reporting for duty of new bargaining unit employees within thirty days. Upon said notification, the parties may schedule necessary paid time (not to exceed one-half hour) and facilities for Union to provide orientation information regarding the obligations and benefits of Union membership. In addition, Company will include a one-page document, as submitted by Union, in the customary new employee orientation information package. Such document or discussion shall not include any matters derogatory to the Company and its customers. (Amended 1-1-91)

New Employee Information. Name, address, building assignment, teaching assignment and salary placement of all newly employed bargaining unit members shall be supplied to the President of the Association as this information becomes available.
New Employee Information. New employees shall be provided with a District information packet at the time of hire. Such packet shall include a copy of the negotiated Agreement, insurance documents, school calendar, salary information and other pertinent items as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent.
New Employee Information. The Employer shall provide the Association with the names and addresses of all new employees within one (1) week of hire.
New Employee Information. On commencing employment, a new employee shall be given a copy of the Collective Agreement by the Hospital. A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to 15 minutes during the employee’s orientation period without loss of regular earnings. The purpose of the meeting will be to acquaint the employee with such representation of the Union and the Collective Agreement. Such meetings may be arranged collectively or individually for employees by the Hospital as part of the orientation program.
New Employee Information. The Employer shall provide to the Exclusive Representative the following information on each new employee within thirty (30) calendar days of the employee’s first date of work: name; home address; work email address; work phone number; job classification; shift; wage, number of hours normally scheduled in a work week; whether the position is a nine (9) month or twelve (12) month assignment; and building assignment.
New Employee Information. 1. Within the first five (5) work days of employment, secretaries, office clericals, and nurses will receive the equivalent of a full day of paid training related to the Employee’s job assignment. All Employees will receive training which will familiarize the Employee with the following:
a. District email and phone systems
b. Relevant computer programs (for example: AESOP, XXXX, Skyward, etc.)
c. Essential functions of the job
2. As soon as practicable after the beginning of employment each new Employee will be invited to attend an orientation session with a representative of the District to review benefits and with the building level supervisor to review job expectations.
3. The District will provide each new Employee with a copy of the ESPA Agreement.
