Assistance with Data Subject Requests. Workday will, in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Covered Service and Workday’s role as a Data Processor, provide reasonable support to Customer to enable Customer to respond to Data Subject requests to exercise their rights under applicable Data Protection Laws (“Data Subject Requests”).
