Common use of Assistant and Associate Department Head Clause in Contracts

Assistant and Associate Department Head. 3.1.3.1 If such position is authorized by the xxxx, Assistant and Associate Department Heads shall be full-time faculty members who currently hold academic rank in the department to be served. 3.1.3.2 The department head selects the assistant or associate department head in conjunction with the faculty of the department.
