Common use of Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers Clause in Contracts

Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers. (i) For pictures with budgets greater than $3,750,000 but equal to or less than $5,500,000, Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers shall be paid initial compensation, and production fees, no less than seventy percent (70%) of the minimums in Paragraphs 13-101(a) and 13-101 (b) of the BA. (ii) For pictures with budgets greater than $5,500,000 but equal to or less than $8,500,000, Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers shall be paid initial compensation, and production fees, no less than eighty percent (80%) of the minimums in Paragraphs 13-101(a) and 13-101 (b) of the BA. (iii) For pictures with budgets greater than $8,500,000 but equal to or less than $11,000,000, Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers shall be paid initial compensation, and production fees, no less than ninety percent (90%) of the minimums in Paragraphs 13-101(a) and 13-101(b) of the BA.

(iii) For pictures with budgets greater than $8,500,000 7,000,000 but equal to or less than $11,000,0009,500,000, Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers shall be paid initial compensation, and production fees, no less than ninety percent (90%) of the minimums in Paragraphs 13-101(a) and 13-101(b) of the BA.
