Common use of Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers Clause in Contracts

Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers. (i) For pictures with budgets greater than $3,750,000 but equal to or less than $5,500,000, Assistant Directors and Unit Production Managers shall be paid initial compensation, and production fees, no less than seventy percent (70%) of the minimums in Paragraphs 13-101(a) and 13-101 (b) of the BA.
