Assistant News Editor. An Assistant News Editor is excluded from the bargaining unit if the position includes duties similar to that of an assistant manager described above (subparagraph (a)). In addition, the position is excluded if the Assistant News Editor regularly performs any of the management-level functions of a News Editor described above.
