Common use of Assistant Officers Clause in Contracts

Assistant Officers. The Secretary may appoint Assistant Secretaries and the Treasurer may appoint Assistant Treasurers. Each Assistant Officer can act in the place of the person holding the office to which his or her position relates and perform all of the duties of such Officer. In addition, Assistant Officers shall have such powers as are from time to time assigned to them by the person holding the office to which the Assistant Officer position relates.
