Common use of ASSISTED EXCHANGE LEAVE Clause in Contracts

ASSISTED EXCHANGE LEAVE. 11.10.1 Assisted exchange leave is defined as leave with full pay and benefits whereby qualified faculty, with consent, is exchanged with faculty similarly qualified from another institution for a period up to one (1) year. The Employer will encourage and facilitate such exchanges whenever they are judged to be in the interests of the College and the employee.
