Associate Contractors Clause Samples

The Associate Contractors clause defines the responsibilities and obligations of contractors who are engaged by the main contractor to perform specific portions of the work. Typically, this clause outlines how associate contractors must coordinate with the main contractor and other parties on site, adhere to project schedules, and comply with safety and quality standards. Its core practical function is to ensure smooth collaboration and integration of work among multiple contractors, thereby minimizing delays, conflicts, and misunderstandings during the execution of a project.
