Subcontractors definition

Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
Subcontractors means subcontractors of any tier.
Subcontractors. The Contractor shall ensure that all tiers of Contractor’s subcontractors comply with insurance requirements identical to the Insurance Requirements between the Contractor and Owner. Contractor shall provide, upon Owner’s request, all documentation evidencing such compliance, to Owner on behalf of Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractors.

  • The Contractor shall procure that its Subcontractors comply with the provisions of this clause 11.7. Subcontractors shall also include design professionals who are not the Design-Builder’s employees and to whom the Design-Builder delegates any part of its responsibilities under the Agreement, except that references to “trade Subcontractors” shall exclude design professionals.
