DB Contractor shall pay, or cause to be paid, to all applicable workers employed by it or its Subcontractors performing the Work not less than the prevailing rates of wages, as provided in the statutes and regulations applicable to public work contracts, including Chapter 2258 of the Texas Government Code and the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, and as provided in Exhibit 7 to this DBA.
Contactor shall ensure that all its employees and Subcontractors who have access to PII have received or will receive training on the federal and state laws governing confidentiality of such data prior to receiving access.
Identified Subcontractors for the Project are all team members identified in the Proposal as set forth in Exhibit 17 to this DBA.
