The Contractor shall procure that its Subcontractors comply with the provisions of this clause 11.7. The Contractor shall provide reasonable prior notice to the Employer of any requirement for such access and shall, when accessing the Works pursuant to this sub-clause, cooperate reasonably with the Employer and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that it does not in any way impede the Employer's on-going operations in the DCT Container Terminal, the Works or otherwise the Site.
The Contractor shall not, and shall procure that the Subcontractors shall not, do any act or omit to do anything that may cause any of the policies of insurance maintained in accordance with the Contract or the Tenancy Agreement or otherwise in connection with the Works to be rendered void.

Contractor represents and warrants that if Contractor or Subcontractors, officers, or employees of Contractor have access to any state computer system or database, the Contractor, Subcontractors, officers, and employees of Contractor shall complete cybersecurity training pursuant to and in accordance with Government Code, Section 2054.5192.
