Common use of Associate/Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Associate/Fringe Benefits. The Associate shall be eligible to participate in those standard Associate benefit programs and fringe Associate benefits (including but not limited to any and all medical/dental/other insurance plans or programs, paid vacation, etc.) generally made available to officers of the Company, or if Associate shall so elect in writing, to other Associates of the Company, subject to any and all terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements for such programs and benefits, as may from time to time be prescribed by the Company or a benefit plan provider.
