Fringe Benefit. The benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Employer as a fringe benefit to the Executive and are not a part of any salary reduction plan or any arrangement deferring a bonus or a salary increase. The Executive has no option to take any current payments or bonus in lieu of the benefits provided by this Agreement.

Fringe Benefit. The Nursing staff beginning service to the School District with the 2023-2024 contract years will be provided a fringe benefit package that is not subject to NPERS employer and employee contributions but is subject to applicable FICA taxes. Nurses will be provided the following options within their fringe benefit package:

Fringe Benefit. Subd. 1 The Hebron Public School District shall pay, as a fringe benefit, in accordance with the negotiating agreement a single health policy. This fringe benefit will be made in compliance with federal and state laws using a Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plan with Xxxxxx Xxxx Insurance Company or other Association and Board agreed administrative agent. The amount will be prorated per percentage of time spent by teachers who teach less than full time.
Subd. 2 Each individual teacher will receive a $50,000.00 life insurance policy. The School Board will pay the annual premium. The amount will be prorated per percentage of time spent by teachers who teach less than full time. Benefits will reduce to 75% of full volume when you reach age 65 and to 20% of full volume when you reach age 70. The change in the amount of insurance will occur on the premium due date on or after the date you attain such age.

The benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Employer as a fringe benefit to the Officer and are not a part of any salary reduction plan or any arrangement deferring a bonus or a salary increase. The Officer has no option to take any current payments or bonus in lieu of the benefits provided by this Agreement.

The benefits provided under this Agreement are in lieu of any benefits that otherwise would be provided to Executive under that certain Life Insurance Endorsement Method Split Dollar Plan Agreement between the Employer and the Executive, which the parties agree will be cancelled and thereunder be of no further force and effect.
Fringe Benefit. For all Employees subject to this Agreement employed by the Gering Public School District employed at any time after January 1, 2012, the District shall pay such Employee a Fringe Benefit of $787.50 for 2019-2020 per month and $833.33 for 2020-2021 per month for the school year per full-time certificated employee as part of the salary package. An Employee hired at any time prior to or during the 2011-2012 school year may make a one-time irrevocable election to receive the Fringe Benefit. Certificated staff working half-time or more will have their Fringe Benefit figured on the percentage of time contracted. The Fringe Benefit for employment for less than the entire school year shall be calculated on the contract days employed divided by 186. Less than half-time certificated employees will not be eligible for the Fringe Benefit. Payment of the Fringe Benefit will be made monthly for 12 months. Employees may elect to receive the fringe benefit as a cash payment, applied against the purchase of additional health and dental coverage, moved to a section 125 plan, or deposited into the HSA or a combination of the aforementioned plans. The Fringe Benefit is NOT compensation under Neb. Rev.
Fringe Benefit. The School District will pay 100% of a single health insurance and dental plan for Licensed staff. Vision coverage is the employee’s responsibility.
