Common use of Associated Equipment Clause in Contracts

Associated Equipment. Recipient shall maintain and be responsible for all costs (including personnel, maintenance and repair) associated with communications equipment (including terminals, communications hardware, modems and telephone lines) necessary to provide the Data Processing Services or to transmit the Recipient Data for processing at the Data Center.
