Association Access to Institute. Without interrupting normal Institute work and patient care routine, duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted at reasonable times to enter the facilities operated by the Institute for the purposes of transacting Association business and observing conditions under which bargaining unit employees are employed, provided reasonable notice is provided to Human Resources.
