ASSOCIATION BULLETIN BOARD; MEETINGS; ACCESS TO EMPLOYEES. ‌ A. BULLETIN BOARDS. Reasonable space shall be allowed on bulletin boards as specified by the Sheriff for use by ACMEA (Sheriff’s Sworn Unit) to communicate with departmental employees. Material shall be posted upon the bulletin board space as designated, and not upon the walls, doors, file cabinets or any other place. Posted material shall not be obscene, defamatory or of a partisan political nature, nor shall it pertain to public issues which do not involve the County or its relations with County employees. All posted material shall bear the identity of the sponsor, shall be neatly displayed, and shall be removed when no longer timely.
