Common use of ASSOCIATION COSTS Clause in Contracts

ASSOCIATION COSTS. 40. The Respondent shall pay the Association’s costs of this proceeding in the amount of $15,000 payable to the Association immediately upon the effective date of this Settlement Agreement.

ASSOCIATION COSTS. 4043. The Respondent shall pay the Association’s costs of this proceeding in the amount of $15,000 5,000, payable to the Association immediately upon within one (1) month of the effective date of this Settlement Agreement.

ASSOCIATION COSTS. 4024. The Respondent shall pay the Association’s costs of this proceeding in the amount of $15,000 6,000 payable to the Association immediately upon within one (1) month of the effective date of this Settlement Agreement.

ASSOCIATION COSTS. 40. The Respondent shall pay the Association’s 's costs of this proceeding in the amount of $15,000 4,950.00, payable to the Association immediately upon association within 30 days of the effective date of this Settlement Agreement.
