Common use of Association Fees Clause in Contracts

Association Fees. ISO may separately charge Association membership fee to Merchant as a part of Merchant’s membership with the Association or other Association- approved organization and Merchant will pay such fees to ISO. Such membership and fees are not part of the Card Program services provided pursuant to this Agreement and Member Bank and Processor will have no responsibility thereof. Participation in the Card Program services provided pursuant to this Agreement is not a condition of membership in the Association or other Association-approved organization.
