Common use of Association Formation Charges Clause in Contracts

Association Formation Charges. An Association of Apartment Owners will be formed for Joyville Phase 1A and each Apartment Owner shall be a member of such Association. The Association shall administer the said Property in accordance with the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 as amended upto date and Rules made thereunder. Association Formation Charges of Rs.«Association_Formation» /- (Rupees One Thousand only) per residential Apartment has to be paid by each apartment owner for formation of such Association.
