Association Involvement Clause Samples

The Association Involvement clause defines the rights and responsibilities of a party in relation to participation with a specific association or industry group. Typically, this clause outlines whether a party must maintain membership, comply with association rules, or disclose any involvement that could affect the agreement. For example, it may require a contractor to be a member of a professional body or to notify the other party of any changes in association status. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and maintain standards by clarifying the expectations regarding association participation, thereby reducing potential conflicts of interest or compliance issues.
