Association Meeting. At the conclusion of a general or special faculty meeting, the presiding administrator shall announce, if so requested by the Senior Association Representative, that an Association meeting shall commence thereafter.

Association Meeting. 1 The Association shall have the right to use the facilities of the District for the 11 purpose of Building meetings, Executive Board, Special Committees and 12 General meetings of the entire membership. 15 cooperate in avoiding the scheduling of any other meetings requiring teacher 16 attendance which would conflict with Association meetings regularly scheduled 17 for Thursdays. The Association will provide the District with a calendar of 18 regularly scheduled meetings for the school year by September 1. 20 3-2-3 Association meetings referred to in this section shall be subject to the following 21 conditions:

B. Returning officials should attend an association meeting. If returning officials can not attend a scheduled meeting and they would like to officiate, there will be a $50 fine accessed. If the official has pre-registered before June 1st, the fee is only $50. If the official has not pre-registered by June 1st, the fee is $80, plus the $50 fee.
C. Returning officials are not allowed to miss two consecutive association meetings.
