Association Meeting. At the conclusion of a general or special faculty meeting, the presiding administrator shall announce, if so requested by the Senior Association Representative, that an Association meeting shall commence thereafter.
Association Meeting. The Association shall be granted the privilege of using the Fire Hall for Association General Membership meetings, on the understanding that the meeting shall not interfere with the operation of the Fire Services.

The Association and the Employer agree that, at the request of the Association, a reasonable time, up to thirty (30) minutes, will be made available during employee general session meetings and building meetings for Association purposes, not to exceed four meetings a year. All bargaining unit members may attend.

Association Meeting. The Association shall have the right to hold general membership and executive meetings on school District property provided such meetings in no way interfere with the instructional program and provided that such meetings entail no additional maintenance or custodial expense.
Association Meeting. DATES The first Wednesday of each calendar month during the school year shall be reserved for Association Representative Council meetings. Should any of these days fall on a date when school is not in session, the second Wednesday shall be reserved. Except in an emergency, the Board, central office and building level administrators will not schedule any meetings on any such Wednesday in the Association calendar that require the attendance of any DGEEA Representative Council Member or any DGEEA member specifically requesting to attend the Association meeting. Four additional days shall be reserved for Association General Meetings; these days shall be identified by the Association and the Administration shall have input on said days. Except in an emergency, the Board, central office administrators, and building-level administrators will not schedule any meetings on any Association General Meeting date in the Association calendar unless the Association President shall advise that such reserved date shall not be utilized. The President of the Association shall submit a calendar of Association meeting dates to the Superintendent or designee by May 1 of the preceding school year. If the district-scheduled parent-teacher conference day is during the first week of a month, the second Wednesday of the month shall be reserved for the Association meeting.
Association Meeting. Faculty meetings which conflict with meetings of the Association shall not be scheduled on Wednesday after the conclusion of the work day except in the case of an emergency.
