ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION. ITA recognizes its responsibility to make information available to teachers regarding the benefits of membership in the Association. The IUSD Human Resources Department acknowledges its responsibility to provide new employees with information concerning their membership in the Association. It is mutually recognized that between the start of the school day and their lunch time, teachers may require a break to attend to personal needs. Administrators and teachers acknowledge their obligation to work with one another in consideration of such needs.
