Association Representation on Committees and Interview Panels. Association members shall be provided the opportunity to serve on all District committees and the Association shall choose any and all bargaining unit member representatives on these committees. Unit members serving on curriculum committees shall comprise a majority. Unit members shall be granted release time during their workday at no loss of pay or benefits to fulfill the obligations of their appointment. 3.2.1 Association members shall be provided the opportunity to serve on all District interview panels and the Association shall choose any and all bargaining unit member representatives on these interview panels.
