Association Use of Facilities and Services. The Association may use Oakland's facilities and services for transaction of official Association business at reasonable times, provided such utilization does not interrupt normal Oakland operations. Oakland may charge the Association for such use at a rate not to exceed that charged to academic departments for the same use, provided that no charge will be made for joint meetings with representatives of Oakland's administration.
