Common use of Association’s Commitment to District Clause in Contracts

Association’s Commitment to District. 2372 The Association recognizes the duty and obligation of its representatives to 2373 comply with the provisions of this Agreement and to make every effort toward 2374 inducing all unit members to do so. In the event of a strike, work stoppage, or 2375 slow-down, by unit members who are represented by the Association, the 2376 Association agrees in good faith to take all necessary steps in an attempt to cause 2377 those unit members to cease such action.
