Assumption of Third Party Leases, Licenses and Contracts. To the extent assigned as set forth above, Assignee hereby assumes all of Assignor’s duties and obligations under the Third Party Leases, Licenses and Contracts arising and accruing from and after the date of this Assignment, and Assignee further succeeds to the interests of Assignor under the Third Party Leases, Licenses and Contracts.
