AT&. T ILLINOIS shall provide services pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. Except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement, AT&T ILLINOIS shall not discontinue or refuse to provide any service provided or required under this Agreement without MCIm’s prior written agreement. This is not intended to impair AT&T ILLINOIS’ ability to make changes in its network, provided that such changes are consistent with the Act and this Agreement and do not result in the discontinuance of the offering of network elements made by AT&T ILLINOIS during the term of this Agreement.
AT&. T shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make Periodic or Spot Inspections of all Facilities attached toAT&T’s Structure. Periodic Inpsections willnot be made more often than once every two (2) years, unless inAT&T’s judgment, such inspections are required for reasons involving safety or because of an alleged violation of the terms of this Appendix.
AT&. T will issue a License to CLEC once all Make-Ready Work necessary to CLEC’s attachment or occupancy has been completed.
AT&. 20.1 It is hereby recorded that should V.A.T. be payable on the Basic Monthly Rental as detailed per CLAUSE 5 of The Schedule, the said V.A.T. shall be paid, in addition to the Basic Monthly Rental, by the Tenant, in accordance with current V.A.T. legislation.
AT&. T shall exercise per caution to avoid damaging the Facilities of CLEC and shall make an immediate report to CLEC of the occurrence of any such damage caused by its employees, agents or contractors. AT&T agrees to reimburse CLEC for all reasonable Costs incurred by CLEC for the physical repair of such Facilities damaged by the negligence ofAT&T, its employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or invitees. However,AT&T shall not be liable to CLEC for any interruption of CLEC’s service or for interference with the operation of CELC’s Facilities, or for any specli,aindirect, or consequential damages arising in any manner, includingAT&T’s negligence, out of the use of Pole(s), Anchor(s), or Conduit Systems orAT&T’s actions or omissions in regard thereto and CLEC shall indemnify and save harmless AT&T from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees with respect to such special, indirect or consequential damages.

AT&. All prices quoted shall (in the case of registered vendors) be deemed to be exclusive of VAT, which VAT must be shown separately on invoice claims. The invoice must be clearly endorsed “Tax Invoice” and must also show the VAT registration number of the Contractor. Non-registered vendors however, must include all VAT, which they are charged by others, in their prices and must not show VAT as a separate item on invoice claims.
