Common use of At Any Time Clause in Contracts

At Any Time. All Confidential Information, and all other information and property affecting or relating to the business of Company and/or other Company Parties, within Executive’s possession, custody, or control, regardless of form or format, will remain, at all times, the property of the applicable Company Parties. At any time Company may request, during or after the Employment Term, Executive will deliver to Company all originals and copies of Confidential Information, and all other information and property affecting or relating to the business of any of the Company Parties, within Executive’s possession, custody, or control, regardless of form or format. Both during and after the Employment Term, Company will have the right of reasonable access to review, inspect, copy, and/or confiscate any Confidential Information, and any other information and property affecting or relating to the business of any of the Company Parties, which is within Executive’s possession, custody, or control.

At Any Time. All Confidential Information, and all other information and property affecting or relating to the business businesses of Company and/or other Company Parties, within Executive’s possession, custody, or control, regardless of form or format, will remain, at all times, the property of the applicable Company Parties. At any time Company may request, during or after the Employment Term, Executive will deliver to Company all originals and copies of Confidential Information, and all other information and property affecting or relating to the business of any of the Company Parties, within Executive’s possession, custody, or control, regardless of form or format. Both during and after the Employment Term, Company will have the right of reasonable access to review, inspect, copy, and/or confiscate any Confidential Information, and any other information and property affecting or relating to the business of any of the Company Parties, which is within Executive’s possession, custody, or control.
