Perpetuity period. The perpetuity period under the rule against perpetuities, if applicable to this Agreement, shall be the period of eighty years from the date of this Agreement.
Perpetuity period. The perpetuity period for the trusts in this Agreement is 80 years.
Perpetuity period. The perpetuity period for the trusts created by the Finance Documents shall be 80 years from the date of this Agreement.
Perpetuity period. The trusts constituted by this Agreement are governed by English law and the perpetuity period under the rule against perpetuities, if applicable to this Agreement, shall be the period of 125 years from the date of this Agreement.
Perpetuity period. The perpetuity period for the trusts contained in this Deed is 80 years from the date of this Deed.
Perpetuity period. The perpetuity period for the purposes of this Mortgages Trust Deed shall be the period of 80 years commencing on the date hereof.
