At the Supplier s sole discretion a non-refundable deposit may be required. If a deposit is set out in the Quote, the Customer must pay the deposit immediately upon accepting a Quote, and the Customer acknowledges that the Supplier will not order or manufacture the Goods or undertake the installation until payment is received.
At the Supplier s request and expense, BT shall permit the Supplier to conduct and control all negotiations and litigation. BT shall give all reasonable assistance and the Supplier shall pay BT's costs and expenses so incurred.
