Common use of At Will Arrangement Clause in Contracts

At Will Arrangement. Atlas and Employee expressly understand and agree that the employment relationship is at-will. Either party may terminate the Employment Period and the employment relationship upon written notice to the other at any time and for any reason, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Employee shall make every reasonable effort to give Atlas at least three months prior, written notice of Employee’s voluntary termination of employment for other than Good Reason.
