At-Will Employment; Termination. The parties acknowledge that their employment relationship is “at will,” which means that either party can terminate the relationship with or without cause or notice at any time. No oral or written modifications, express or implied, may alter or vary the “at will” nature of Employee’s employment with the KineMed, unless such modification is specifically documented in a written agreement signed by both Employee and the CEO of KineMed.
