Athlete Must Pay. 6.1.1 If GST is payable on the services or support or any part thereof or if WAIS is liable to pay GST in connection with this Agreement, then: (a) WAIS may reduce the services or support or any part thereof by an amount which is equal to the GST Amount; or (b) WAIS may pay the GST Amount on the due date for payment by WAIS and may subsequently recover the GST Amount from the Athlete.
