Assignment of Copyright. 1. In consideration of the publication of your Article and subject to the provisions of the accompanying publishing agreement information form, you assign to us with full title guarantee all rights of copyright and related rights in your Article. So that there is no doubt, this assignment includes the assignment of the rights (i) to publish, reproduce, distribute, display and store the Article worldwide in all forms, formats and media now known or as developed in the future, including print, electronic and digital forms, (ii) to translate the Article into other languages, create adaptations, summaries or extracts of the Article or other derivative works based on the Article and all provisions elaborated in 1(i) above shall apply in these respects, and (iii) to sub-license all such rights to others. In the event the Article is not accepted and published by us or is withdrawn by you before acceptance by us, the assignment of copyright set out in this agreement shall cease to be effective and all rights assigned by you to us in relation to the Article shall revert to you.
Assignment of Copyright. The Artist hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys to the City all right, title and interest in and to the Project together with the copyright therein and the right to secure copyright registration therefore, in accordance with Sections 101, 204, and 205 of Title 17 of the United States Code, the Copyright Law of the United States. This assignment, transfer and conveyance includes, without limitation, any and all features, sections, and components of the Project, any and all works derived therefrom, the United States and worldwide copyrights therein, and any renewals or extensions thereof, and any and all other rights that the Artist now has or to which the Artist may become entitled under existing or subsequently enacted federal, state, or foreign laws, including, but not limited to the following rights: to reproduce, publish, and display the Project publicly, to prepare derivative works of and from the Project, to combine the Project with other materials, and to otherwise exploit and control the use of the Project. As additional consideration for this assignment, the City agrees that all reproductions of the Project by the City shall credit the Artist.
Assignment of Copyright. The Athlete hereby irrevocably assigns to WAIS as the case may be, all and any copyright or other rights whatsoever arising out of such personal appearances, photography or motion picture sessions or the use of the Athlete's name, signature, photograph, likeness, reputation and identity pursuant to this clause.
Assignment of Copyright. 9.3.1 Where necessary, for the hypothesis whereby the Results are entirely or partly protected by copyright, the Service Provider shall transfer to ETSI, on an exclusive basis, all of the copyrights that it may hold on the Results and it is specified that these transferred rights include in particular: - the right to reproduce or to have reproduced the Results, without restriction in terms of number, in their entirety or in part, by all means and processes, on all media and all materials, both current and future, known or unknown, and particularly on paper or paper derivatives, plastic, digital, magnetic, electronic or IT media, by downloading, videogram, CD-ROM, CD-I, DVD, disk, floppy disk, network; - the right to represent or to have represented the Results, by means of all current or future methods of distribution and communication, known and unknown, and particularly by means of all online telecommunications network, such as internet, intranet, digital television network, over-the-air transmission, by satellite, by cable, interactive telematics system, by downloading, teletransmission, cabled telephone networks and wireless telephone networks; - the right to adapt, modify, transform, further develop the Results, in their entirety or in part; - the right to translate or to have the Results translated, in their entirety or in part, into any language; - the right to use and exploit the Results for the purposes of their own activities or for the benefit of a third party, for whatever reason; - the right to assign all or part of the assigned rights, and particularly to grant to any third party any reproduction, distribution, broadcasting, commercialisation or manufacturing contract, in whatever form, medium and means it may be, whether in return for payment or free of charge.
Assignment of Copyright. The Author(s) does/do hereby sell, assign and transfer to the Publisher, its successors and assigns, the entire right, title and interest in and to the copyright of the Work and any registrations and copyright applications relating thereto and any renewals and extensions thereof.
