Athletic Director. III
(a) Professional Preparation: A Master’s degree or equivalent is required.
(b) Professional Experience: A record of at least ten (10) years of relevant service in the professional specialty is required. Normally at least two (2) of the years should have been in an academic environment.
(c) Professional Attainment: Evidence of independent and ongoing contributions to the discipline or profession is required.
(d) Service to the University and to the Community: There must be evidence of a successful record of service to the University and to the Community.
Athletic Director. Athletic director" means the individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.

(a) Professional Preparation: A Master’s degree or equivalent academic or professional credential is required.
Athletic Director. (NCAA Division I) The salary range for Director of Athletics at a University where the athletic program is a member of Division I of the NCAA shall have a minimum that is 15% higher than that of rank VII, maximum 15% higher than that of rank VII, annual salary to be determined pursuant to Article 29.3.
Athletic Director. The Athletic Director will be given one period of high school release time above that ordinarily provided to high school teachers or the equivalent of that time if an elementary or junior high teacher is appointed to the position of Athletic Director.
Athletic Director. Job description. The Athletic Director's duties may include, but not be limited to the following: the Athletic Director shall attend inter school Athletic Director meetings; schedule and coordinate inter school team games; obtain referees for officiating games; get field permits; attend coaches meetings; and be responsible for all team uniforms and equipment. Stipends are to be paid for any coaching assignments in addition to any stipends paid for these previously stated duties. (See Article VII, Section B, Part 3: Athletic Director and Coaching Remuneration).
Athletic Director. The rate of compensation for the Athletic Director shall be $4,500 annually. If this position is divided between two or more individuals, all compensation shall be divided in a manner acceptable to all parties.
Athletic Director. The annual stipend paid to the High School Athletic Director for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026 will be Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000), when those duties are performed by a member of the LEA.
Athletic Director. 1. An employee serving as an athletic director shall be entitled to all contractual rights and economic provisions of this Agreement.
2. Collaboration should take place between the athletic director, the Association and the immediate supervisor to create a mutually agreed upon schedule that allows for flexibility to address the needs of the athletic program.
3. An athletic director will be evaluated in accordance with Article 27.
4. An athletic director will conduct athletic coach evaluations in accordance to the coaches collective bargaining agreement.
