ATHLETIC SUPPLEMENTALS. Payment of the total extra duty contract salary amount shall be issued to an Association member in the amounts and at the times set forth below for work actually performed in fulfillment of athletic supplemental contracts. Prior to the start of the school year, all athletic supplemental contract holders shall provide the Athletic Director with a schedule containing all official in-person events/contests/activities/practices/meetings (“activity”), which are planned for the supplemental activity. i. One-third of the total contract amount shall be paid within the pay period following completion of the first scheduled in-person activity performed in fulfillment of the contract, as determined by the Athletic Director, based upon the schedule submitted by the extra duty contract holder prior to the start of the school year. ii. One-third of the total contract amount shall be paid within the pay period following completion of at least half (50%) of all scheduled in-person activities, as determined by the Athletic Director, based upon the schedule submitted by the extra duty contract holder prior to the start of the school year. iii. One-third of the total contract amount shall be paid within the pay period following completion of all (100%) scheduled in-person activities, as determined by the Athletic Director, based upon the schedule submitted by the extra duty contract holder prior to the start of the school year.
