Athletic Trainer Requirement. Any Permit Holder for a sporting or recreational event or activity (game, tournament, camp, etc.) may be required to provide a certified Athletic Trainer, licensed in Georgia, to be onsite at all times of facility usage. Proof of compliance with this provision is required at least three (3) business days prior to the group’s arrival and must include the Athletic Trainer’s name, address, cell phone number, email address, and license number. These credentials must be submitted to the Campus Recreation and Intramurals Department’s Director of Recreation Facilities or Owner’s other designee.
