Common use of ATM Fees Clause in Contracts

ATM Fees. When you use an ATM not owned by us, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator, Umpqua or by any network used to complete a transaction, and/or you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry (even if you do not complete any transaction). You also authorize us to pay and withdraw those fees from the Designated Account.
